Claire Krüger has been a lawyer since 2012, joining Van Iersel Luchtman Advocaten in 2015. Prior to that, she worked at the court. Claire is a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency Law and Corporate & Contract Law divisions.

Insolvency law
Claire has focused on insolvency law since the start of her career. She often acts as a receiver in bankruptcies, and also advises many entrepreneurs on matters of bankruptcy law. But even when it comes to liability, Claire is the right person to go to. As a receiver, she knows what entrepreneurs can and must look out for, so that the entrepreneurial risk – both to the business and personally – can be reduced to a minimum.

Down-to-earth and professional
Claire loves to look to the future, but also learns from the past. Claire advises from experience and has a level-headed, professional outlook on matters. She looks at the circumstances underlying previous decisions to understand the situation and the people involved. To gain insight into decision-making on business issues. To see who or what these decisions affect. That is her strategy for preventing mistakes and better assessing the outcomes. With such diligence and a professional perspective, combined with her relatable attitude, she manages to resolve or even prevent many conflicts.
