There are a number of topics under Corporate Social Responsibility that we focus on.
Equal rights
The Terre des Hommes foundation is a global forerunner in children’s rights, and works towards getting governments to commit to those rights. A goal that we, as a law firm, are proud to support.
Cultural heritage
We help to protect our cultural heritage by supporting St. John’s Cathedral in ’s-Hertogenbosch and the Grote Kerk in Breda. These iconic and monumental buildings not only adorn our towns and cities, but they are also one of the four most important monuments in the North Brabant region of the Netherlands.
Art and culture
In line with our aim to promote quality and accessibility in art and culture, we are a Friend of the Verkadefabriek in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, supporting the cultural institution in its pursuit of greater artistic entrepreneurship.
Sport and lifestyle
We know how important exercise and sport are for healthy living. This is reflected in our role as partner of the Breda Singelloop run where we sponsor the Van Iersel Luchtman Advocaten Businessrun, and we are a vitality partner of the Vestingloop run in ‘s-Hertogenbosch.
Education
We love to share our knowledge. That’s why some of our lawyers give talks at various educational institutions free of charge. These include Tilburg University, Radboud University, and University of Law Avans-Fontys.
Community
We are close to our clients and enjoy getting involved with the local community, such as the local entrepreneurs’ network Betrokken Ondernemers Breda.
