Mark Geurts has been a lawyer with Van Iersel Luchtman Advocaten since 2006. He is a member of the Corporate & Contract Law, Liability Law & Litigation, and Employment Law & Employee Participation divisions. Mark is also an arbitrator on the Appeals Committee at the Dutch Football Association (KNVB).

From initial advice to litigation
Mark is mainly involved in advising and litigating on various civil matters. From initial advice to tactical negotiations and, if necessary, litigation on disputes. As a specialist in liability law, Mark has years of experience in advising and litigating on all kinds of liability issues, including directors’ internal and external liability (towards third parties and in the event of bankruptcy). He also has a broad knowledge of commercial contract law and is often called upon to draw up and review commercial contracts. But he also knows employment law like the back of his hand.
